Youth Music Contest
Contestants must be in grades 9 – 12. They may enter their solo vocal, keyboard, or instrumental performance in the contest. Contestants should download the links to Rules and Application and prepare an entry with a private YouTube Channel. Clubs should set a deadline in March for students to submit entries for Club level contests.
Each Club should hold a contest and select their winners. Club first place winners advance to the area contest held by Assistant Governors. Each first-place winner in the Area contests will advance to compete in the District Final Contest.
First, second and third place winners of the District Finals will receive cash awards:

- $1000 for first place
- $500 for second
- $250 for third
Music Contest Key Dates:
March, 2024: Clubs and AGs hold music contest
April 3, 2024: Assistant Governor send their entry in the district level contest to contest POC
April 13, 2024: District Level Contest judging complete
The sponsoring Rotary Club will cover the cost of the student’s participation, coordinate the student’s attendance, and attend with their student at all levels of the contest and the District Interact Summit on April 20, 2024.
