TRIAD – Keeping Seniors Safe

The Rotary Club of Orange was excited to welcome Deputy Ron Kesner from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, who presented an update on the TRIAD Program, a community-driven initiative aimed at keeping seniors safe.
TRIAD is a collaborative effort between law enforcement, senior organizations, and local partners to address issues that affect our older population. Deputy Kesner, the TRIAD Coordinator, shared vital information on:
- How seniors can protect themselves from financial scams and fraud
- Updates on local initiatives designed to enhance senior safety
- Practical tips for staying safe from identity theft and exploitation
This program is a great resource for seniors and their families, as it highlights keyways to reduce the risks of financial abuse and other crimes targeting our older citizens. TRIAD’s mission is to keep our community informed and empowered.
A big thanks to Rotarian Cal Ewing for inviting Deputy Kesner back to provide these important updates. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn how dedicated TRIAD volunteers and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office work together to keep our seniors safe and supported in our community.

Let’s work together to support our senior community!
