Herndon-Reston Rotary Satellite/Impact Club Meeting Sparks Inspiration

The Rotary Satellite/Impact Club of Herndon-Reston gathered at Not Your Average Joe’s Restaurant in Reston on March 13 for an exciting evening of connection and purpose. Chair Elysa Birman reported a fantastic turnout—18 attendees, including three Rotary prospects, two Rotaract prospects, a visitor from the DC Rotary Club, and two Rotary spouses.

The night buzzed with conversation about Rotary’s mission and upcoming events, igniting enthusiasm among members and newcomers. As plans for future projects unfolded, longtime Rotarians shared favorite past events, from pancake breakfasts to impactful service initiatives.
